I currently work part-time and am a full-time Mother of 2 wonderful children. I’ve always wanted to own my own business so I’d be able to have the income that’s needed to support my family. My husband has always worked a second job, and I wanted to take that pressure off of him, but also wanted the luxury of making my own schedule to spend time with my family.

I had done research on several different businesses and felt Tan Envy had lots of different opportunities and avenues that would give it longevity and uniqueness. The thing I liked most about Tan Envy is it’s personalized touch. Unlike the spray tanning booths that spray straight up and down, Tan Envy is personalized to every customer.

Another personal touch that I liked is the idea that I could travel to my customer’s homes, or they can come to me. There is nothing better than a service coming to your home and giving you a feeling that you had just been to the beach.
The last benefit that I love about Tan Envy is that it gives you that “been to the beach” feeling without all of the cancer causing elements of the sun and tanning beds. Since “I LOVE” the beach and believe that having a great tan can make you feel better, this seemed like a great opportunity to make people feel better while making my family’s life a little easier.

Not only does owning my own business give me a great deal of accomplishment, it gives me the opportunity to show my children that I am not just a “stay at home mom.” While they are currently too young to learn the ins and outs of business, I can teach them that staying in school and getting good grades will give them the ability to run a business one day on their own. Then as they reach their middle and high school years, I can teach them about the marketing, finances, etc…

Overall, I chose Tan Envy to have the advantage of running my own business, and to have the flexibility of making my own schedule. The added benefits of making my customers feel better with that “been tit the beach “ feeling and being able to teach my children about business was just an added bonus.
